While the Mystery Premium Chardonnay is truly modern in style, our winemaking team have drawn upon traditional winemaking methods and the use of fine grain French oak when crafting this layered, flavoursome and complex wine. The resulting wine perfectly demonstrates the nuanced characteristics that have made Chardonnay from the Margaret River region world renowned.

Delicate, ethereal notes of citrus blossom, honeysuckle and peach fuzz mingle with undertones of crème caramel and vanilla. The palate exhibits refined fruit flavours of honey dew, citrus and fig with a sprinkle of nutmeal and an enduring, fine, mineral acidity to finish.

The wine is drinking well now and will develop attractive aging characters over the next 4 years.
