- Wonderful aromatic drive complexed by the combination of ripe white peach and melon aromas with fine grapefruit and citrus characters.
-
Best Chardonnay fruit selected from Western Australia’s vineyards.
-
A generous and cleansing palate, uncomplicated in style and a great drink!
- Exceptional value for money.
- The 2008 Mad Bay Unwooded Chardonnay is a luscious, vibrant, fresh, fruit driven wine with excellent natural acidity.
- From Western Australia’s South West, this wine was created to blend the best of the Great Southern, Pemberton and Margaret River regions. Each region adds a unique flavour.
- The Great Southern is a vast untouched region that is WA’s only true cool climate region, giving the wine more citrus, lemon, grapefruit flavours.
- Pemberton, traditionally a farming region sits amongst the tall trees of this old land and is located inland between the two coastal regions. This area adds softer fruits such as pear and floral notes.
- The iconic Margaret River surf region, an area surrounded by oceans on three sides gives ripe flavours of melons and white peach.
- Ready to be enjoyed now with food and friends or cellar for up to three years as the fine acid structure softens and the fruit flavours become more rounded.
